- What it covers
- Any treatment on the price list — laser, waxing, brows, threading, LVL, WoW Brows. With either Mikki or Manisha, in whichever combination they want.
- How it's delivered
- An email with a unique code. They show it (or read it out) when they book or arrive. We deduct it from the bill.
- Expiry
- None. Vouchers don't expire. The balance carries over between visits.
- Refunds
- Non-refundable once purchased, but transferable — the recipient can pass it to someone else if they'd rather.
- Patch tests
- The voucher covers the treatment. The patch test (mandatory for laser, lash tint and LVL) is free either way.
