We inspect the area you want treated, type your skin on the Fitzpatrick scale, and assess hair density, depth and pigment. This determines whether laser is right for you, and which settings will work safely on your specific combination.

Is it really free?
Yes. Free, no deposit, no card details required. The consultation includes the assessment, the recommendation, the written plan, and the patch test. You can leave without booking anything and most people do — most return when they're ready, on their own timeline.
On the commitment
Do I need to commit on the day?
No. The written plan stays open indefinitely — we keep it on file. Some clients book their first session as they leave; most go away, think it through, and book online within a fortnight. Both are equally fine. Clients leave with a clear plan and the confidence to decide on their own.

Will I be sold to?
